Refund Policy

All sales of peptides and related research products are final and non-refundable.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us immediately upon delivery. Take a photo of the damaged product and send it directly to team@peptoora.com. Claims submitted later cannot be accepted.

Customs delays or rejections are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages held or refused by customs authorities.

Please note: these products require refrigeration after opening.
